The car was telling me that the rear breaks needed to be changed, it turned out to be the sensor but that still cost £100. Why not phone me as £100 for the sensor compared to £200 for the pads and sensors seems quite steep. Better value to get both

One slightly disappointing aspect is that when I got home, I found that driver side support bracket for the windscreen washer loom was left hanging loose and I had to clip this back in position myself.

The process from arrival (booking in) was managed by a senior service advisor (Sarah Kennard) who is a credit to BMW. Sarah communicated the updates throughout the works undertaken by the technicians and dealt with the extended BMW warranty.

Received a red on service report due to a slight noise that required urgent attention and additional investigation but then was just told to keep an eye on it and it wasn't a problem. This wasn't even mentioned in the service video.

The service received was excellent. However I asked for a re-gas of the air conditioning and paid a 'discounted' £150. On my 2023 service I was quoted £6.60 ...a 2272% increase in price over 2 years seems excessive.

Would have given 5 stars but mileage entered on invoice was not correct by about 700 miles and bonnet was not secured properly. This was nothing to do with the customer service I received but all to do with the mechanic who carried out the work.

When a car is on site from 2pm Thurs to 11am Sat for a service that cost nearly £700 i find it very hard to believe there was no time to carry out the 'complimentary' wash. I use Partridge as they don't pull tricks like this unlike other centres!

Staff responssible for customer relation was fantastic. Service staff put information that oil level in my car was to low but it wsn't true. Oli level was too high unfortunatelly. They also did't find problem with knocking steering rack.

As above. Call back to update me on progress next to non existment. Loan car was filthy and own car was not cleaned inside and out despite request on the on - line check in. Second time of bad experience with Partridge. Showroom staff very good.

The service staff were very helpful, the work on my car was done professionally and the loan car was very good. The problem I had was the payment system which us truly awful.

Overall a nice dealership, price went up by several hundred as the service done was the major. They said I must have selected the wrong one on the app to then show a different estimate, there was only one option on the app. App needs an update.

As much paperwork being completed and approved ahead of time helps this process enormously.
