Macella who looked after we was extremely attentive in every way. Making sure I had coffee keeping me informed about my service. The car stay in over night for new tyres and do she made sure I had a taxi home. The following day she again helpful.

Reception were not aware my car was coming in. On pick up I was told it would be ready after being told "just another 5 mins" multiple times it took 45 mins and I was unable to collect my child from school resulting in frantic phone calls.

I booked a brake fluid service. In online check in&on the day at recepion & with the assistant I asked for tyre pressures be checked due to a warning on the car. I was told all was well. The warning reoccured-the tyres were too low-we fixed at home

Customer service for the matter above is not a positive experience. To keep my custom I would have expected this to have been looked at and issue identified to then have a discussion of whether this was the fault of the centre.
