The service received was excellent. However I asked for a re-gas of the air conditioning and paid a 'discounted' £150. On my 2023 service I was quoted £6.60 ...a 2272% increase in price over 2 years seems excessive.

Car was bought in for a warranty process - service handler was helpful and kept me updated. However I did receive my car back with the issue unfixed as agreed but was in a worse conditions so very poor from the technician

BMW are now saying the software glitches reported since ownership are fixed now. Also racking issues reported, BMW are now saying have been rectified. Very happy either way the service team member Sarah kennard. Helpful. Knowledgeable.

I came in for a recall and a day before I received an email to check in online- it asked if i wanted a complimentary car clean and i said yes, when i got the call during the day i was told its being cleaned, i came to pick up the car and it was dirty

I was delayed and not expected even though I booked. Whilst I was fitted in, I was considerably delayed - to the point where the loan car earmarked for me was given to another customer (whilst I was waiting) and I had to wait longer for another one.

Kept car for whole day for wheel tracking and steering centeralisation. Was assured it was test driven and no issues remain! None of the jobs done as steering still tilting, car pulling to 1 side, same as before! Going in tomorrow again!!! Anotherday

They said they will wash my car but they haven't. After previous Recall ( also done by them) my car fuel usage jumped from 6 5l /100km to 8l per 100km . Lady offered me £150 investigation service regardless if I'm I'm correct or not.

I was kept informed of the progress of my car, all staff were very polite this time and I was very impressed, there seems to be lots of new faces. The technicians report was very professional and Mikaela Godley was amazing, a real credit to the team.

Very satisfied overall. However during the service a wheel was damaged by their technician, to the extent that it needed to be replaced. So I had a curtesy car for 10 days whilst a new wheel was ordered.

Servicing was done properly, I'm sure. Picking up the car was a bit of an issue. I was advised on arrival that my car would be ready in a few minutes. In fact, it was not available until about 90 mins later.

Knocked a star off as I had clicked the option for my car to be cleaned inside and out, when I collected the car it was not cleaned at all. Why give the option if you don't do it.
