When a car is on site from 2pm Thurs to 11am Sat for a service that cost nearly £700 i find it very hard to believe there was no time to carry out the 'complimentary' wash. I use Partridge as they don't pull tricks like this unlike other centres!

Very satisfied overall. However during the service a wheel was damaged by their technician, to the extent that it needed to be replaced. So I had a curtesy car for 10 days whilst a new wheel was ordered.

Brake fluid service not completed after £2700 of work that was supposed to be done on my car. My car because of its age just seemed to have a slap dash job done on it. I did tick the box to have the outside of the car cleaned upon return. Tires glue

Satisfied overall but always room for improvement. For example the short video provided is often not very clear and difficult to grasp what is being said. Either because of external noise or the camera moving too fast to actually see.

I phoned early to discuss a rattle problem. I was invited to investigate same day. I discussed and demonstrated problem during a drive with an engineer. Had the problem investigated, then investigated further when not fixed, then finally solved.

Whilst driving over tyre warning sensor light came on, which I asked they checked. They said that the tyre pressures were all ok, but if I wanted them to check further it would be £150 - seems very pricey. They didn't reset the tyre warning light.

James Harris is very professional and very product knowledgeable so all questions were answered easily. The mass of paperwork was handled as simply and as quickly as possible. The vehicle handover was brilliant, all systems were demonstrated fully.
