What is the role?
As a MINI Sales Executive, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience, from the first ‘hello’ to handing over the keys, you will enjoy the buzz of supporting our customers every need as you build ongoing relationships. Demonstrating the full awesome MINI range and showcasing the hottest MINI features and the coolest technologies are at the heart of this role, so speaking fluent MINI should come as standard.
Our market is changing, and our customers are too, that is why we are dedicated to bringing tomorrow's driving experience to our customers today. As a MINI Sales Executive your enthusiasm and positivity will set you apart. You will be joining a team of like-minded MINI enthusiasts, selling new and used cars, responsible for every aspect of the sales process and demonstrating the cutting-edge technologies that make motoring both exhilarating and sustainable.
Who you need to be?
To succeed in this role, you will be highly passionate about our brand, our standards and our vision.
To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver vehicle sales alongside providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
You will have a strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities and relationship building skills
You will bring us high-performing sales experience as well as a stable work record in a customer facing sales environment
Your experience:
Previous Car Sales Experience
Examples of showing a ‘can-do’ approach
Previous negotiation experience
Proven sales results
You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence
