What is the role?
The role of Bodyshop Advisor is to create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by Partridge of Hampshire by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of courtesy, integrity and empathy when interacting with customers and members of the public
Day to day you will receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public. Part of the role is to maximise sales and profitability by selling core, value-added and incremental products.
Furthermore, you will provide general clerical assistance for the Bodyshop Department and assist in the day-to-day running of the business to enhance the reputation of Partridge of Hampshire at every opportunity when interacting with others.
Who you need to be?
As a Bodyshop Advisor you will be resilient with excellent communication skills. You will be passionate about what we do and who we are. With strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet you are always willing to go the extra mile.
You will be focused on delivering results and meeting customer expectations, setting high standards for quality and can follow instructions and procedures.
Your Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage your time and resources effectively and efficiently.
High attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate administration
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible in your approach.
Strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
