Partridge of Hampshire is a family run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire. With our ‘hands on’ Managing Director, Toby Partridge, leading the way we are fast becoming the name for BMW and MINI across the region. Having spent more than 25 years working across BMW, Toby is passionate about building a team around him who feel the same.
About the role:
Here at Partridge of Hampshire we have one of the largest Service Departments in the region. The role of Customer Contact Advisor is imperative to assist in the smooth running of our Service Department; to help us constantly deliver a 5-star experience to all our BMW and MINI customers. Reporting to the retention manager, you will, on a daily basis deal with all inbound service calls for the retailer’s service centre in relation to service booking and other service-related items, whilst also handling all customer objections. This role requires flexibility to work some Saturdays when required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide customer service in line with the brand values, Customer Promise and Employee Commitment
To qualify and log all incoming sales enquiries for presentation to Sales Assistant for Enquiry Management
To receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person, establish the customer’s key service / repair requirements
Advise customers of precise and where appropriate, estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Satisfy customers’ needs through making additional products and services available to them
To create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by Partridge BMW by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care
Who you need to be?
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will have proven background working in a similar role for a prestigious establishment and providing customers with an excellent experience in person or by telephone.
You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent attention to detail; communication skills and the ability to use your initiative and a willingness to learn and develop. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills as well as an ability to work autonomously.
You will be focused on delivering results and meeting customer expectations, setting high standards for quality and have the ability to follow instructions and procedures.<br />
Your Experience
You will have a minimum of 5 GSCEs grade C and above, including Maths and English
You will have a minimum of 1 years customer service experience
You will have excellent IT and administration skills
Pay
£12 per hour / £24,960 per annum
