What is the role?
We currently have an exciting opportunity within our well-established Aftersales Department for an Internal Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be capable of looking after high volumes of vehicles, able to build excellent relationships with colleagues and always give the very highest levels of care that will build the upmost trust with your colleagues. Partridge of Hampshire expect a professional performance, providing the highest standard of courtesy, integrity and empathy when interacting with colleagues and customer alike.
Role responsibilities – including but not limited to:
Track vehicles through the preparation for sale, process and become a point of contact for the sales team.
Liaising with the technical workshop, paint and body repair teams to ascertain the level of work required, ensuring the vehicle is ready at the agreed time.
Updating sales team whilst their car is in our care and obtaining any necessary authorisations for work to be completed and ensuring vehicles are prepared to a high customer standard.
To appraise, create and invoice repairs accurately.
To remain highly organised and aware of the role you play in making a great customer experience.
Who you need to be?
To succeed in this role, you will be highly passionate about our brand, our standards and our vision.
You must have confident and professional communication skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, whilst recognising individual responsibility, also have strong team working skills to contribute to the performance and success of the department.
You will have a passion for customer service, a process orientated approach and be well-presented.
Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
Knowledge of Kerridge / Drive / ADP DMS system is preferable.
